Lately I've been having a good life.

Lately I went to Club Fred with Chance and some friends to see some bands.

Gimme them baths

I love baths. I love them so much I've been known to take three or four a day. It's a funny thing because Chance loves showers. It's not so much that we both love cleaning ourselves, it's just that we like having water poured on us at our perfect determined temperature.

I don't like baths for the reasons people hate baths. I don't like being forced to stare at my naked, flabby body just as much as the next person. I don't like sitting in dirty water either, but I still love bathing. I'll let the bath tub fill up, then I lay there for a few minutes, look around and then I empty it. After that I'll turn the water back on with the drain open and just wash my face or something so I feel like I have an excuse for using so much water. Baths are legit.

About this Blog

So someone told me that I needed to be more specific about my blog...I can respect that. This someone said that when people visit my blog they need to know what it's all about. So I thought I would just let you know what my intentions are for dominiquerose.blogspot.com.

I like people…sometimes. I think blogging is my way of connecting to them. It's almost like I'm saying, "Here I am and this is what I do, and this is what I think, what about you?"

I like to hear what other people think and feel. I like to know what they like and don't like about this and that. Talking to anyone about what they believe or don't believe fascinates me. I just enjoy getting to know people because I think it helps me better understand the world, or God, or myself. Even though I might sound like a super nice people-person, I’m not always such a delight. Bizarre right? I mean, I know I've got to have issues because I can be easily annoyed and hate everything within a matter of seconds, which makes for some interesting, yet entertaining blogging. I'm a weirdo that needs humor relief. Therefore, I also blog about silly, pointless things. Most of the time they don’t even make sense. But, the hell with sense. If my nonsense makes sense to you then I’ll consider my blog a success.

My blog has never really been specific because I'm not a very specific person. If I had to describe myself, I couldn't because I feel that I'm extremely complex, yet totally simple at the exact same, perfect time. Confused? I am.

I'm so confused that I’m rarely not confused, but that’s ok, because I’m just me, I think?

I love laughing and having fun. I love being girly, but not shaving my legs every night. I've been known to blog about fashion, my day to day life, spirituality, animals, health, or our photography business. As you can see, this blog does not discriminate. It's very diverse. But that's what people need right? A blog that can be genuinely relatable and funny with a little sass. I like sass. I hope you do too, and I hope that dominiquerose.blogspot.com fits your fancy.

That’s a lyric from a Counting Crows song. I’ve been looking up lyrics lately and trying to get some practice writing my own lyrics. I have all these ideas in my head, but I don’t know where to start. If you ever need to be inspired, listen to some Counting Crows. They are brilliant, seriously. As least, I think so anyway. Chance and I just got back from Art Hop and I think Chance is going to start paining again and throwing more shows at Art Hop, so when he does, you’ll have to come and support him for sure. I got more blonde in my hair today…it’s weird being blonde. Chance just posted new stuff on our photo blog. Be sure to check it out. It’s from our most recent engagement session.
