hi. wow. it’s been a while since my ’first blog’ and i really did enjoy typing my thoughts out. and since i don’t really work-i’m sure i will do it more often. but i don’t think this blog could take the place of my trusty journal. anyways, i’ve been working out. yes. me. working out. i think it’s about time to give it a try since i have a free personal trainer at my disposal. for those of you who don’t know who i’m referring to; my personal trainer is my dad. and he rocks. anyway, since my husband is super healthy, and we’ve been learning more and more about the food we eat-or really don’t eat...that’s a different story for another day...i thought that exercising is exactly what i needed.
sooooo i’ve been doing some pretty hard core workouts with my dad for about 3 weeks now, and when i say hard core, i mean it’s hard core for me-because boys and girls i’ve never worked out in my life. never felt the need, but now i absolutely do. everyone needs to work out...but that’s also another rant for another blog.
working out with my dad has really been fabulous. i love it. i love it when i sweat and feel like i’m doing a great service to my body and really it’s something that i have been enjoying. i enjoy it because i love hanging out with mark mayfield, but also i feel so wonderful when i know that this is going to make me healthier and stronger. for the first week i was the good sore, and even though it hurt...it was still amazing. it’s so crazy how our bodies are made and how we really NEED to do this. The more and more i read about exercise and eating healthy, the more i really get excited about my God and how amazing He truly is. He made our bodies so perfect and we should do our best to protect it. Peace always

How I met my Hubbs
1. Where did you meet?
we met at church. he will tell you we met at chipotle. but it was the superbowl party at church.
2. What was the first thought that went through your head when you met?
i thought "wow. he's hot, i wonder if i will marry him someday?" i swear. i know, this is creepy for many reasons.
3. Do you remember what he/she was wearing?
seven jeans and a T-shirt. and he looked fffiiinnnee.
4. Where was the first time you kissed this person?
we kissed at the house he was living in at the time. -in the living room.
5. How did he/she ask you out?
he called me and said, "i like you girl" and the rest is history.
6. Where did you go for your first date?
we disagree about this as well. I say Red Robin. He says art hopanonymous
7.How long did you know this person before you became a couple?
about a year and a half.
8. Has this person ever proposed to you?
yes. and i said no. just kiddddddss guys, i said yes.
9. Do you and this person have kids together?
well, if you consider our kitty Brighton a child then yes. a human baby...no.
10. Have you ever broken the law with this person?
just for being too sexy together.
11. When was the first time you realized that you liked this person?
it was a couple times. but for sure on his 23rd birthday. we were talking and aall the sudden i got this feeling about him and i got nervous so i left his party eearly. i know, i'm a nerd.
12. Do you get along with any of his/her's ex's ?
i'm his first. and his last. i know, i have the sweetest guy in the world.
13. Do you trust this person?
yes. always, he is someone i can run to all the time.
14. Do you see your partner in your future?
always. 'til death do us part'
15. Whats the most expensive thing this person has given you?
my ring and it's A-mazing. he picked it out himself.
16. What is one thing he/she does that gets on your nerves?
honestly, and i know this sounds lame, but nothing. at least not yet.

everything. ha. ok well i'm good at nagging.

My First Blog
ok. So I have never really been a "blogger" but since I'm a totally myspace stalker, (yes i totally admit it) I noticed that some of my friends really enjoy it, so i thought i would give it a try. I have always loved to journal and since i'm obessed with all the interent has to offer, I thought i would start to type my thoughts the new fashion way.
My first blog is going to be about my cat. Her name is Brighton. She's the cutest kitty ever and if Brighton and Chance are happy, then I'm happy. Welllll.....she stinks. Like really smells. So much that we are calling her smelly Mcgee. Chance and I noticed one night that after she goes to the bathroom, her poop sticks to her long hair. And then she comes and sits on the couch with us. soooo there was Brighton poop on our couch.
My whole point of this blog is....Chance wants to shave her. Like shave everything except her head and tail. I know, it sounds hilarious right? NO. sad. It started off that we would just shave her behind, but then we started thinking about how much hair was on our couch and one thing lead to another...and now he wants a hairless cat.
what do you guys think? my poor cat....you have seen the pictures...she won't be cute if we do that. she will constantly have to wear one of those cat costumes or something to hide her hairless body. Although, if we did shave her, it would save me a LOT of cleaning time...
